Build the Stairs
Sometimes faith requires taking steps when you cannot see the stairs. Sometimes it requires building them.
There comes a point in every journey when we must decide whether we will wait for certainty or move forward with faith. Many people are willing to take a step once the path is clear. Once the funding is secured. Once the support is guaranteed. Once the outcome is known. But growth rarely happens under perfect conditions.
Some of life's greatest opportunities require us to move before everything is visible. Sometimes we are called to take steps when we cannot see the stairs. Other times, we are called to build the stairs ourselves.
The leaders who create meaningful change are often the ones willing to act before there is a proven roadmap. Innovation is rarely born from consensus. It is born from courage, persistence, learning, and the willingness to move forward despite uncertainty.
Many people will celebrate the finished staircase. Few will understand the work required to build it. Don't let that discourage you. Your responsibility is not to convince everyone else. Your responsibility is to take the next step.
And when necessary, build the stairs.
